testing for paralytic shellfish poisoning and to participation of the                               
Department of Environmental Conservation in the development of                                      
operating plans of qualified regional dive fishery development                                      
associations" was read the second time.

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
